Marcel
Managing Director
Marcel is ourdriving force. Over 20 years of providing people adrenaline throughbig animal diving. He enthusistically founded BTM Travel in 2019 and built into the agency it is today. If there is a divespot worth noting, he will have heard about it.
Tim
Product MANAGEMENT
Tim is Marcel's right hand, helping with product management, trip leading and the general direction of our dive operations. Tim has a legal background, and became a diving professional under the wings of BTM Travel.
Simona
Sales representative
Simona has been with us since the very beginning. First handling bookings mainly on the administrative side, now fully engaged in trip leading and tailoringtrips for dive enthusiasts all over planet. She is oneofourown: direct and optimistic.

Peter
Underwater videographer
Peter is our most experienced guide, a real legend of the diving industry with an unmatched personality and great underwater filmmaking abilities. There is nothing stopping this animal from diving with big animals.
Timon
Underwater photographer
Timon is our main trip leader, an adventurer in the purest form of the word. Over the years Timon has mastered topside and UW photography, but his trademark is his good energy and love for good food with spicy sauce.
Filipe
Dive instructor
Our most technical dive guide, in the ocean literally every week and with thousands of dives under his belt. A caring human, an exquisite project manager who quickly morfed into a seasoned guide taking clients from Europe, to Asia and Africa!
Kalle
Trip leader and journalist
A documentary cameraman by trade, Kalle has worked alongside the likes of BBC and Spiegel TV, and now is in even better company with us. A likeable, wise person with stories to tell, a beating heart for diving and an all round top character!
